Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Candidates with provisional or limited licenses will not be considered.

• In good standing with the state licensing board, with no disciplinary actions against your license.

• Proficient in using technology for virtual counseling; familiarity with online therapy platforms is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time remote position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and working hours. Additionally, full-time counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend, ensuring your health and well-being are prioritized.
