Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients seeking treatment for substance use disorders, identifying their specific needs, preferences, and recovery goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.
\n
• Extensive knowledge of substance use disorders, recovery-oriented care, and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Demonstrated experience providing individual and group therapy in addiction treatment settings.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, displaying empathy and a non-judgmental approach toward clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
