Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches, to individuals, couples, and families.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care and address all aspects of client wellness.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering strictly to ethical and legal standards in all documentation.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and workshops to stay informed about the latest mental health research and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at our center, you will work with a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, marital issues, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong foundational knowledge of legal and ethical standards surrounding mental health practice.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
