Our therapists enjoy a structured workweek from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, which provides a predictable schedule for both you and your clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality virtual counseling services, conducting sessions via secure video conferencing platforms.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques, tailored to meet individual client needs.

• Develop therapeutic relationships that encourage openness and support clients in identifying personal challenges and setting achievable goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Valid California licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is essential.
