Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough evaluations and assessments to identify client needs and treatment goals, utilizing standardized assessment tools and personal interactions.

• Conduct therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to promote positive outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with low-acuity clients who are seeking support in managing everyday stressors, anxiety, relationship issues, and mild to moderate mental health concerns. Your role focuses on building trust and rapport with clients, guiding them towards empowerment and improved mental well-being through tailored interventions.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD in California.

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related discipline is preferred.

• Proficient in engaging clients to establish a therapeutic alliance and effectively navigate their treatment journeys.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience as a mental health counselor or therapist is preferred, demonstrating expertise in individual and group therapy settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
