This role is designed as a remote position, providing flexibility for work-from-home options while connecting with clients in a reassuring outpatient setting. Our work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate the needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify patient needs, employing evidence-based techniques to establish personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual.

• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other validated modalities to address diverse mental health issues.

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards, ensuring all patient data is secure and up-to-date.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, actively participating in case reviews to enhance patient care.

• Regularly engage in peer supervision and professional development workshops to stay updated on advancements in mental health therapies and practices.

Qualifications\n
