Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility and convenience in your work life. The collaborative culture at Classic Mind means that you will engage regularly with a supportive multidisciplinary team through video conferencing, ensuring a cohesive and coordinated approach to patient care. Working hours typically range from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to adjust schedules as needed based on patient requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to assess patient needs, followed by the development of individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Provide various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, via telehealth to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups focused on common mental health issues, creating safe spaces for discussion and community support.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring that all care is holistic and patient-centered, particularly during treatment planning and case reviews.
\n
• Offer crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, demonstrating sound judgment and rapid decision-making skills.
\n
• Educate patients about their conditions and treatment options, providing resources to encourage proactive management of their mental health.

• Maintain meticulously accurate, confidential, and compliant documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems to uphold legal and ethical standards in practice.

• Participate actively in team meetings and case consultations to discuss patient cases and share insights for continuous improvement in care standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay updated on the latest advancements in mental health therapy and intervention methodologies.

Your practice will encompass a diverse clientele, ranging from young adults to older populations, each presenting unique mental health challenges. You will encounter individuals seeking assistance for various concerns, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is a requirement for this position.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, ensuring effective treatment implementation.

• Demonstrated ability to carry out comprehensive mental health assessments and construct effective, individualized treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
