Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, adaptable to each client's unique circumstances.

• Engage actively with clients to establish therapeutic goals and maintain ongoing support throughout the treatment process, ensuring their pathways to recovery are personalized and effective.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities and techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, depending on clients' preferences and treatment objectives.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of each session, including client progress notes and treatment updates, in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

Our clients range widely in age and demographic backgrounds, presenting with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively establish rapport with clients in a virtual setting.

• A deep sense of empathy and understanding to resonate with clients' experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage multiple therapy sessions and the corresponding documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

While all licensed mental health professionals are encouraged to apply, preferences will be given to candidates with experience in teletherapy, familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, and specialized training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities. A background working with diverse client populations, including underrepresented communities, will also be advantageous.
