Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine the specific needs and challenges faced by clients.

• Develop individualized therapy plans using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Deliver high-quality therapy sessions to individuals, groups, families, and couples while providing a safe and nurturing environment for clients to express their concerns.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in adherence to professional ethics and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation of client progress.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in the state of New York is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses. Additionally, our therapists will benefit from a signing bonus, reflecting our commitment to attracting top talent in the mental health field.
