Insightful Life Care Counseling, LLC, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic team in a full-time capacity, with part-time positions also available. This role is pivotal in providing therapeutic support to individuals struggling with various mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. Work Environment\n

This position allows for remote work, giving you flexibility while still being integrated into a team-based outpatient setting. Our office operates from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, though some flexibility may be required based on client needs and appointments. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that encompass a client’s history, current mental status, and future needs to craft tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver individual and group counseling sessions effectively.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups, fostering community and shared experiences among participants facing similar challenges.

• Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists and psychologists—to coordinate comprehensive care that addresses both mental health and physical wellness.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, applying appropriate techniques to ensure their safety and well-being.

• Offer educational guidance on mental health disorders and therapeutic options, empowering clients with knowledge and resources for their recovery.

• Maintain thorough and accurate records of patient interactions, evaluations, and treatment progress while adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations and internal meetings to discuss strategies for improving client outcomes and share best practices.

• Keep abreast of advancements in mental health therapies and interventions, integrating new evidence-based practices into daily sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Washington is necessary to practice in this role.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatments, and therapeutic methods.

• Demonstrated capability in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing effective personalized treatment plans.

• Experience providing therapy to a diverse patient population, both individually and in group settings.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate with team members.

• Proficient knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with basic computer applications.

• Commitment to professional ethics, sound judgment, and the maintenance of professional boundaries.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 52,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
