Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health concerns, utilizing standardized tools and personal interviews to inform your clinical judgment.

• Design individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based modalities that address the specific needs and goals of each client, using therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, or mindfulness-based interventions.

• Perform regular follow-ups and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal client outcomes and progress, fostering a collaborative relationship with clients that encourages engagement in their own recovery process.

• Provide teletherapy sessions and maintain a flexible scheduling approach that accommodates clients' needs, thereby making mental health support accessible to those facing challenges in attending in-person appointments.

• Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with ethical regulations and best practices, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to pertinent state laws.

• Actively engage in continuing education and training to stay updated with the latest research, methodologies, and clinical practices in mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license in the state of Washington as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required for this position.

• Strong organizational skills, demonstrated ability to manage a caseload effectively while balancing administrative duties, and ensuring timely documentation.
