Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patients holistically, considering their medical history and current health status.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on a diverse patient population, particularly individuals with mental health conditions associated with medical issues. You will be instrumental in assisting patients who often face the dual challenges of managing psychological symptoms alongside chronic health conditions. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist within Washington state.

• Proven expertise in working with patients presenting with co-occurring medical and mental health conditions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen ability to establish rapport and trust with patients.

• Strong commitment to ethical practices and maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other digital healthcare tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
