Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and creating personalized treatment plans that adhere to patients’ unique needs.

• Providing crisis intervention and developing pre-crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans in collaboration with clinical teams.

• Completing all documentation required for regulatory compliance in a timely and professional manner.

• Utilizing established evidence-based assessment tools to support clinical decisions and enhance treatment efficacy.

• Engaging in continuous communication with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive implementation of positive behavior support plans.

• Actively participating in organizational initiatives for licensing and accreditation, including staying up-to-date on relevant regulations.

• Serving as a key liaison to state agencies, community partners, and other service systems to facilitate integrated care.

• Attending conferences, participating in workshops, and representing the agency at various meetings to promote professional development and knowledge sharing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse client population that includes individuals coping with mental health disorders, those in recovery from substance abuse, and clients with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Each client presents unique challenges and strengths; thus, your expertise will be critical in tailoring interventions that enhance their overall well-being and independence.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health discipline.

• An active and independent LMHC license issued by the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
