This position offers a flexible remote work setting. We utilize state-of-the-art technologies and electronic medical records (EMRs) to ensure seamless communication, documentation, and a continued focus on quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments, utilizing various evidence-based tools to determine mental health conditions and individual needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ specific mental health challenges, utilizing best practice methodologies.
\n
• Provide individual counseling sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s unique situation, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate group and family therapy sessions when appropriate, creating a safe space for shared experiences and support.
\n
• Continuously monitor and evaluate clients’ progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
\n
• Document all client interactions, treatment strategies, and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal processes.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care, including consultations, referrals, and community resource navigation.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest research and innovations in mental health treatment.

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds grappling with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling, psychology, or a closely related field.

• A valid state license to practice as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington.

• Minimum of two years’ experience in providing mental health counseling in clinical settings.

• Demonstrated proficiency in therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices.

• Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

• Familiarity with EMRs and telehealth applications to enhance client interaction and treatment documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in community mental health settings or crisis intervention.

Compensation and Benefits\n

For this rewarding position, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 - 95,000 annually.
