Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments to assess the severity and duration of mood disorder symptoms and their impact on clients' lives.

• Collaborate with clients to design personalized treatment plans that encompass their distinct challenges, goals, and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to promote mental well-being.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care techniques.

• Monitor client progress regularly, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an attractive annual salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
