Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify patients' needs, create treatment plans, and deliver short-term counseling using various therapeutic modalities.

• Address a diverse range of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, addiction, and domestic violence through effective intervention strategies.

• Participate actively in crisis intervention efforts, including assessing situations, de-escalating conflicts, and coordinating with public mental health crisis response teams when necessary.

• Collaborate continuously with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care, including follow-up assessments and preventive planning after crises.

• Provide short-term case management services to patients, ensuring they receive appropriate resources and support during their treatment journey.

Your clinical work will encompass a varied patient population facing a wide spectrum of challenges related to mental health. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in behavioral science or a closely related field, coupled with a current and relevant BBS designation (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC).

• A minimum of two years post-licensure experience in mental health counseling is required.

• Comprehensive knowledge of diverse mental health disorders and understanding of effective treatment models.

• A valid driver’s license to facilitate potential home visits and a reliable form of transportation that meets legal insurance requirements.

Compensation and Benefits\n
