This position is set in a remote work environment, allowing flexibility while connecting directly with clients through virtual counseling sessions. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient needs. Our team utilizes advanced telehealth platforms to ensure smooth and effective communication, allowing you to focus on patient care without the distraction of commuting.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to identify individual client needs and set tailored therapeutic goals that will guide their treatment journey.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing techniques.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions that empower clients to explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and navigate their recovery process.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions to enhance community support among clients, sharing coping strategies and personal testimonies of recovery.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and support staff to deliver coordinated and integrated care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during substance-related emergencies, ensuring immediate assistance and safety for clients.

• Educate clients and their families on addiction, recovery methods, and available community resources to enhance familial and societal support networks.

• Maintain up-to-date and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and our organization’s ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record systems effectively.

• Participate actively in team meetings and professional development opportunities to continually improve therapeutic skills and knowledge in substance use treatment.

• Stay informed of the latest developments in substance use disorder treatment methodologies and mental health research through ongoing education and collaboration.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or Psychologist in the state of California is mandatory.

• Demonstrated knowledge of substance use disorders and recovery-oriented care practices.

• Previous experience providing both individual and group therapy, specifically related to addiction treatment, is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range between USD 100,000 and 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
