Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, including diagnostic evaluations and risk assessments.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals and track each client's progress toward achieving them.

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing various modalities tailored to clients' diverse backgrounds and situations, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused strategies.

• Engage in regular consultations with clients to adjust treatment plans as necessary and ensure ongoing adherence to therapeutic goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely client documentation to meet ethical and organizational standards, including progress notes and treatment evaluations.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including webinars, workshops, and peer consultations to continuously enhance therapeutic offerings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients range from children to adults grappling with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. In this role, you will work closely with clients to develop trusting therapeutic relationships, providing them with tools and strategies to manage their symptoms and cultivate resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a licensed psychologist (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster a therapeutic alliance with clients.

• Empathetic, compassionate demeanor and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in delivering teletherapy and familiarity with digital platforms that facilitate virtual counseling sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
