Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and screenings upon patient intake to tailor treatment plans that effectively meet their individual needs.

• Deliver evidence-based individual counseling sessions and crisis intervention services to address a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your patients will include diverse individuals ranging from young adults to seniors, each with unique mental health challenges that may stem from life changes, crisis situations, or ongoing mental health conditions. You will be integral in helping them navigate these challenges and achieve better mental health outcomes through targeted therapeutic strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Current and active state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred for optimal alignment with our interdisciplinary team.
