Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients’ mental health needs and challenges.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that are tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.

• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to effectively address client issues.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions, treatment progress, and any necessary referrals in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and address any additional needs of clients.

• Stay current with developments in mental health practices and commit to ongoing professional development through workshops and training.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with All of You Counseling Solutions, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and various life challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
