Work Environment\n

This role offers the convenience and flexibility of a fully remote work setting. You will be part of a dynamic community health clinic that prioritizes connection and collaboration. Our Operations team will support you by taking care of administrative tasks, allowing you to concentrate fully on delivering exceptional mental health care. You will have the autonomy to design your schedule during regular business hours, Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with no on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual assessments and screenings to thoroughly evaluate clients' mental health and substance use histories.

• Facilitate therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies tailored to client needs.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team to ensure that all aspects of care are integrated and holistic.

• Educate and engage families in the treatment process, helping them understand their loved one's challenges and recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate Client Management System records in compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
\n
• Utilize technology effectively, including Google Suite and electronic health record systems, to streamline administrative tasks and enhance patient interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position specifically serves adolescents and young adults facing mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. By connecting with these individuals and their families, you will support them in navigating their unique challenges and empower them towards recovery. Fostering a safe and supportive environment is essential as many of your clients may be experiencing geographical or financial barriers to receiving mental health services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Must possess current licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or equivalent.

• Strong experience providing telehealth services to adolescents and young adults is essential.

• Exceptional proficiency with technology, including telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with a professional demeanor at all times.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary in the range of $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience.
