Work Environment\n

This position is a full-time role that is 100% remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Our telehealth facility uses state-of-the-art technology to ensure high-quality interactions with clients. You will maintain a standard working schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, providing an excellent work-life balance while engaging in meaningful therapeutic work.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments via virtual consultations to diagnose mental health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques for a diverse range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and administrative staff, to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for all clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training sessions, workshops, and supervision to stay updated on emerging therapeutic practices and methodologies.

• Contribute insights during team meetings to enhance clinical service delivery and refine patient care protocols, focusing on improving therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will directly impact a diverse clientele, including adolescents and adults facing various mental health challenges. The focus will be on providing empathetic, respectful, and culturally competent care to individuals navigating their mental health journeys, fostering a safe space for healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and active licensure as a mental health professional in California (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT).
\n
• At least two years of post-graduate experience working with clients dealing with emotional and psychological challenges.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport and establish trusting relationships quickly, enhancing client engagement and treatment effectiveness.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems to streamline documentation and enhance patient communication.

• Experience providing therapy via telehealth platforms, specifically in a remote counseling capacity.

Compensation and Benefits\n
