This position offers a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while connecting with patients from the comfort of their homes. Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, which enables a balanced work-life experience. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique psychosocial stressors.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and facilitate access to necessary community-based services.

• Provide education and training to team members regarding the clients’ psychological and emotional needs to enhance the quality of care delivered.

• Document and maintain accurate patient records, detailing medical and psychological histories, clinical assessments, treatment objectives, ongoing progress, and outcomes.

• Facilitate crisis interventions and support for clients experiencing immediate distress, ensuring their safety and well-being in challenging situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, offering support to individuals and families dealing with a spectrum of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse issues, domestic violence, and child maltreatment. Your role will be pivotal in understanding their unique cultural and situational contexts, allowing you to tailor interventions effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Licensed Psychologist in California is mandatory.

• Demonstrated experience of at least one year in providing mental health counseling to diverse populations, showcasing your ability to adapt to different client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
