Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct 30-minute virtual counseling sessions with clients, customizing approaches to fit individual needs and aspirations.

• Provide expert guidance on a range of sub-clinical issues including stress management, procrastination, and work-life balance.

• Assist clients in articulating and setting personal and professional goals, enhancing their journey toward self-mastery.

• Collaborate closely with the internal clinical team to offer insights on improving our telehealth platform and program offerings.

The clientele you will serve includes a mix of individuals dealing with emotional challenges in various stages of their personal and professional lives. Your role will be pivotal in supporting clients who seek to enhance their mental well-being, as well as those navigating transitions or seeking to improve their interpersonal relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active state licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.
\n
• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience working with clients facing diverse emotional challenges.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport in a virtual environment.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Excellent communication skills, specifically for virtual engagement through platforms such as Zoom or Skype.

Compensation and Benefits\n
