Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse histories and mental health conditions, utilizing tools such as standardized questionnaires and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address both addiction and any underlying mental health issues, drawing from a rich knowledge of current best practices.

• Facilitate engaging and therapeutic individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to promote client progress.

• Collaborate actively with healthcare providers, social workers, and other treatment team members to ensure integrated care for clients, participating in regular case conferences and using shared digital health records.

This role focuses on clients struggling with various substance use disorders, including alcohol, opioids, and stimulants. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 140,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus of $3,000.
