Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that evaluate clients’ emotional, psychological, and social wellbeing, leading to tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy in one-on-one and group therapy settings.

• Lead psychoeducational groups and support sessions, fostering a conducive environment for client interaction and community building.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other mental health practitioners, to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services and establish safety plans for clients experiencing mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients on their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and local resources to support their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment interventions, and client progress in compliance with ethical and legal requirements.

• Participate actively in team meetings, supervision, and professional growth activities to continually enhance clinical skills.

• Stay informed on current literature, trends, and best practices in mental health therapy to deliver the highest quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position involves working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist in California is required.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and effective treatment modalities, particularly within a therapeutic context.

• Excellent clinical assessment skills with the ability to develop implementable treatment goals.
\n
• Previous experience providing therapy to diverse populations in both individual and group settings is highly desired.

• Strong communication abilities and interpersonal skills essential for building rapport and trust with clients.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technologies used in telehealth settings.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining professional boundaries.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
