Relieve Trauma Counseling Center is seeking passionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) to provide comprehensive, patient-centered mental health care in a remote capacity. Work Environment\n

This full-time position is primarily remote, providing flexibility and convenience while maintaining strong connections with our clients and colleagues. Our work setting promotes innovation and collaboration among our clinical team, allowing you to deliver comprehensive care tailored to each patient's needs. While the practice operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility may be required to accommodate patient appointments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' psychological needs, history, and goals.

• Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based methods, ensuring a holistic approach that resonates with each client's unique circumstances.

• Deliver individual, couple, and family therapy sessions using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, with attention to cultural sensitivity and diverse backgrounds.

• Facilitate support and psychoeducational groups aimed at fostering community and shared healing among participants facing similar challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to integrate care strategies and monitor patient progress effectively.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, ensuring safety and immediate access to needed resources.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment methodologies, and available support systems within the community.
\n
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal protocols, ensuring patient confidentiality at all times.

• Engage actively in team meetings, case consultations, and enhance clinical skills through professional development opportunities.

• Stay abreast of the latest research in mental health, applying new findings to improve treatment outcomes and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, addressing a myriad of mental health issues. Our patient base includes individuals facing the complexities of anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. By understanding and respecting their unique experiences, you will contribute significantly to their treatment journey and overall mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic techniques, and evidence-based treatment practices.

• Proven ability and experience in conducting comprehensive assessments and creating effective treatment plans.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on active listening and empathy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
