Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly therapy sessions through live video conferencing with individual clients, focusing on their unique mental health needs.

• Utilize a structured treatment approach, incorporating automatically administered symptom self-assessments and functional improvement measures to evaluate client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of healthcare providers, including other counselors and psychiatrists, to create comprehensive and effective treatment plans for clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through weekly drop-in consultations and free monthly continuing education training (CEUs) provided by the organization.

• Work closely with administrative and clinical support teams, who handle billing and operational processes, enabling you to concentrate entirely on client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as a mental health counselor will primarily involve supporting a general adult population, including individuals struggling with various mental health disorders, those at risk of suicide, and diverse cultural backgrounds. Your compassionate and culturally responsive care approach is essential to building trust and rapport, ultimately leading to better outcomes for your clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (i.e., LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited program.

• Independently licensed as a Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist for a minimum of one year.

• A commitment to treating all populations with sensitivity and respect to different experiences and mental health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, plus opportunities for bonuses.
