Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support children and adolescents facing a variety of mental health issues, with treatment plans rooted in understanding their developmental challenges and family backgrounds. You will provide individualized therapeutic support that encourages resilience and coping strategies for managing stressors, both within the family structure and in wider social contexts.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in New York.

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure experience in a relevant mental health field is preferred.

• Deep knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Proven experience in providing individual and family therapy to young clients.

Unity Care Counseling, LLC offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually for this full-time position.
