This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our operational model includes a flexible schedule, predominantly Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some adjustments possible based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth mental health assessments to understand individual patient needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Delivering both individual and group therapy sessions, adapting your approach to address the unique needs of clients ranging in age and backgrounds.

• Facilitating psychoeducational workshops and support groups that foster community, resilience, and shared learning among participants.

• Collaborating with fellow mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate multidisciplinary care approaches.

• Providing crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring immediate support and safety.

• Educating clients regarding their conditions and treatment options, empowering them to engage proactively in their mental health journeys.

• Maintaining precise, confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of New York.

Preferred Experience\n

Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience working in outpatient mental health settings and those who have delivered both individual and group therapy to varied populations, including children, adolescents, and adults. Compensation and Benefits\n
