Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' unique mental health needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their goals.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, as well as couple and family therapy, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Engage clients in setting achievable therapeutic goals, monitor their progress, and adjust treatment approaches as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records that adhere to state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws governing mental health practice.

• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and team discussions to stay current with the latest developments in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our ideal candidates will have experience working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New York.

• Demonstrated experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families, with a strong understanding of evidence-based treatment approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
