Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions through video chat, where you'll use therapeutic techniques to enhance clients' emotional well-being and resilience.

• Encouraging clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences in a safe environment, helping them gain insights into their lives and relationships.

• Performing thorough evaluations of clients’ mental health conditions and developing comprehensive treatment plans that employ evidence-based and solution-focused methods based on your clinical expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• You must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• You must hold an active and unrestricted license to practice in Washington State, being fully licensed as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions are permissible. Please include your license type and state in your application.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a sympathetic demeanor are essential as you nurture client relationships.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
