Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each patient, employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial evaluations to assess patient needs, inform treatment planning, and establish therapeutic rapport.

• Collaborate with patients to develop, evaluate, and modify initial treatment plans, ensuring alignment with their recovery goals.

• Formulate aftercare and discharge plans that facilitate ongoing recovery and reinforce skills learned in therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid and unencumbered license as an LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent in the state of New York.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical mental health setting.

• Demonstrable experience providing marriage and family therapy in diverse environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n
