Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to assess the severity and impact of mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. \n
- Collaborate with clients to develop tailored, goal-oriented treatment plans that integrate evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). \n
- Implement and monitor treatment plans, adjusting them based on client progress and feedback, ensuring a personalized approach to mental health care. \n
- Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies. \n
- Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to facilitate integrated care approaches for clients. \n
- Maintain accurate client documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and quality care. \n
- Actively participate in scheduled case consultations and team meetings to enhance collaborative treatment strategies and professional knowledge. \n
- Advocate for clients by addressing their individual needs and supporting mental health awareness in the community. \n
This position primarily focuses on clients experiencing mood disorders, including those from diverse backgrounds such as individuals facing homelessness, refugees, and survivors of domestic abuse. Your work will have a profound impact on the lives of those navigating complex emotional landscapes, helping them find stability and empowerment through tailored therapeutic interventions.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) . \n
- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. \n
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating a secure therapeutic environment for clients. \n
- Ability to exhibit empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental attitude towards clients’ experiences and struggles. \n
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively handle client caseload and administrative duties. \n

- Experience working with mood disorder treatment, particularly utilizing evidence-based methodologies. \n
- Strong background in developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to individual client needs. \n
- Keen understanding of community resources and how to leverage them for client support. \n
- Prior experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance client care. \n

- Annual salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 , commensurate with qualifications and experience. \n
