Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population primarily includes individuals facing co-occurring conditions, such as chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, and substance use issues. As a therapist, you will play a critical role in understanding the complexities of these conditions, allowing you to provide both mental health support and practical strategies that encourage patients to engage actively in their recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New Jersey.

• Strong understanding of mental health issues, particularly as they relate to individuals with concurrent medical conditions.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and communication.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within interdisciplinary teams.

• Commitment to maintaining ethical guidelines, professional boundaries, and patient confidentiality at all times.

Compensation and Benefits\n
