Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify the mental health needs of clients.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans employing diverse therapeutic approaches tailored to individual client preferences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and fostering connections with clients virtually.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and understanding toward clients’ experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to efficiently handle therapy sessions and related documentation remotely.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in providing mental health counseling via teletherapy is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and virtual therapy platforms.

• A background in working with a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety disorders, and family dynamics.

• Experience in a team-based or collaborative care setting can be an asset.
