Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients to facilitate their treatment journey, setting and achieving personalized therapy goals.

• Provide prevention-oriented therapeutic interventions, tailored to the unique needs of each client, whether it involves cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or other modalities.

• Implement, monitor, and review individualized treatment plans, ensuring alignment with client progress and adjusting strategies as needed.

• Collaborate effectively with additional treatment providers, including psychiatrists and community service agencies, to create an integrated support network for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Manage a caseload of clients, upholding a commitment to quality therapy while keeping precise session notes and treatment records.

• Participate actively in regular staff meetings and training sessions to enhance personal and team development.

Your clients will encompass a diverse group seeking support for a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and self-esteem challenges. Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted mental health license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.

• A minimum of two years of proven experience in mental health counseling or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
