This full-time position allows you to operate fully remotely, providing telehealth services to clients across the state. With a flexible work schedule available Monday through Saturday, you will have the autonomy to manage your time effectively while balancing personal and professional commitments. Additionally, we offer in-house credentialing support and streamlined processes for managing your insurance participation, allowing you to focus more on your clients and less on administrative burdens.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health counselor, you will:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, couples, families, and groups, identifying the unique challenges and needs of each client.

• Develop and implement appropriate, evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other clinical modalities.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams through documented assessments and regular patient rounds, ensuring a comprehensive care plan that addresses all facets of a client's well-being.

• Maintain ethical standards in documentation and documentation processes, ensuring timely and accurate records, reflecting client progress and treatment plans.

• Provide case management services by consulting and working cohesively with other healthcare professionals and community programs to enhance client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve supporting a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing mental health challenges. You will address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts while tailoring your approach to suit the individual needs of each client. Qualifications\n

• Mental health professionals must hold active licensure as either an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the State of New Jersey.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a counseling or mental health setting is essential.

• Availability to work between 10 to 40 hours (or more) per week, providing flexibility in your schedule.

Compensation and Benefits\n
