Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and interviews to understand each client's unique mental, behavioral, and emotional health status, documenting all findings throughout the course of treatment.

• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans for a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.
\n
• Facilitate engaging and effective therapy sessions, tailored to meet the specific needs of clients, while integrating various therapeutic modalities.

• Continuously monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to develop comprehensive intervention strategies.

• Provide necessary referrals when clients require additional services or specialized care, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

• Support families and primary caregivers to understand and help manage the mental health challenges faced by their loved ones, fostering a supportive environment.

• Utilize electronic health record systems, such as AVATAR, to maintain accurate and complete patient documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse array of clients, including those facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, and addiction disorders. Your role will be critical in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, utilizing your expertise to foster resilience and recovery. With the flexibility of telehealth, you’ll be able to reach clients in various settings, ensuring that mental health support is accessible and effective regardless of location.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.
\n
• A track record of success, evidenced by passing scores on NCE and/or NCMHCE.
\n
• Proficient in using electronic health record systems, with a preference for experience with AVATAR.
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills along with exceptional interpersonal abilities.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience providing mental health counseling in a clinical setting.

• An understanding of the complexities involved with underlying physical and emotional health conditions as well as addiction disorders.

• Familiarity with the best practices outlined by the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA) and knowledge of pharmacological treatments prescribed by medical specialists.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience, along with a sign-on bonus!
