Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based techniques, which will guide the creation of individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate meaningful progress while ensuring a supportive therapeutic relationship.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, showcasing your commitment to ethical standards and professionalism.

• Engage actively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, providing insights and collaborating on client care to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

• Participate in regular peer consultation and case review meetings, contributing to quality improvement and staying informed about the latest advancements in mental health practices.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health, treatment strategies, and community resources, empowering them to be active participants in their mental health journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more. You will be instrumental in building therapeutic alliances that foster resilience and promote positive mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A completed Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

• Expertise in solution-focused therapy, enabling tailored and effective interventions for clients.

• Demonstrated strong communication skills, with the ability to develop rapport and effectively engage clients in the therapeutic process.

• Proficient in problem-solving and critical thinking, allowing for effective navigation through clients' complex needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
