Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to gain a deep understanding of clients’ mental health needs, histories, and personal goals.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based methodologies tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.

• Provide expert counseling services across multiple formats, including individual therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy, all within a telehealth framework.

• Engage clients actively in exploring coping strategies and resilience-building techniques through collaborative therapeutic interventions.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and treatment updates, adhering to ethical and HIPAA standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is essential.

• An active state license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of direct experience working in mental health settings is preferred.
