Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related field (Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling).

• A current and unrestricted state-issued mental health counseling license allowing independent practice (LPC, LMFT, LCSW). Please specify your credentials and licensing state in your application.

• No provisional or limited licenses. Applicants should have no history of disciplinary actions.

• Possess exceptional interpersonal skills paired with a naturally empathetic demeanor.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and weekly direct deposit for convenience. Full-time counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend as part of our commitment to supporting our staff's health and well-being. Additionally, a sign-on bonus is available to assist with your transition into our team.
