Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly therapy sessions via secure synchronous video conferencing, providing clients with immediate access to mental health support.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to adults presenting a spectrum of emotional disorders, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on client progress and feedback.

• Collaborate closely with Brightside psychiatric providers to ensure comprehensive care, sharing insights and treatment strategies for optimal client outcomes.

• Implement automatically administered symptom self-assessments to monitor client progress and adapt therapeutic interventions accordingly.
\n
• Maintain diligent clinical documentation using our user-friendly therapist portal, ensuring timely updates and accuracy in client records with minimal administrative burden.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
