Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify clients' concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and create actionable treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions using empirically supported therapeutic modalities customized to meet the distinct needs of each client.

• Deliver crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring they receive immediate and effective care.

• Maintain meticulous client records in alignment with ethical standards, including detailed treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, consisting of psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver comprehensive care that considers all aspects of a client’s wellbeing.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, therapeutic options, and community resources, while advocating for their rights and needs as appropriate.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid state license as a Mental Health Therapist, specifically as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Inner Calm Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
