Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments using standardized screening tools to gather critical information such as mental status exams, functional impairments, and patient histories.

• Collaborate closely with patients to formulate and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at mitigating mental health symptoms and addressing unique behavioral issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• An active and unrestricted license in California as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.

• A proven ability to apply culturally competent practices and trauma-informed care in therapy sessions.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, that facilitate effective interactions with clients and team members.

• Adherence to established therapeutic protocols and the capacity to make informed decisions quickly.

Compensation and Benefits\n
