Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to establish mental health diagnoses and treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will work predominantly with a varied population that includes adults, children, and families seeking outpatient mental health services. Our clients often present with a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. An understanding of the unique needs faced by these groups is crucial, as is a commitment to holistic and client-centered care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• An active and valid license in the state of California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Two years of direct therapy experience is required, preferably in an outpatient setting.
