Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Therapist at Senior Care Therapy Center, you will serve a diverse clientele, including both adult and adolescent populations. Your role will involve working with clients facing a range of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress management, and trauma, allowing you to make a significant positive impact in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in California.

• Strong foundation in clinical skills and a passion for providing quality care to clients from varied backgrounds.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients virtually.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in telehealth settings is preferred but not mandatory.

• Prior work with diverse populations and familiarity with culturally competent practices.

• Demonstrated ability to utilize different therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, DBT, or solution-focused therapy.

• Previous experience in a private practice or mental health clinic is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually for this full-time position. In addition to monetary compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) plan with matching contributions, and generous paid parental leave.
