Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and psychosocial evaluations to understand clients' mental health struggles, tailoring your treatment plans accordingly.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

• Work closely with clients to formulate and review therapeutic goals, maintaining a focus on measurable progress and adaptive strategies through the course of treatment.

• Provide teletherapy services, accommodating clients who may face barriers attending in-person sessions, such as disabilities or geographical constraints.

• Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards by maintaining accurate and timely documentation for all client interactions.

• Engage in continuous professional development, incorporating innovative practices, and enhancing your clinical skills to provide the best therapeutic outcomes for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve adolescents and young adults who are experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

• Active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD in California.

• Demonstrated experience providing telehealth therapy, particularly to adolescents and young adults.

• Proficiency in technology, including EHR systems and communication platforms (Google Suite, virtual therapy platforms).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect empathetically with clients.

• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while conducting sessions remotely.

• Commitment to patient confidentiality and possessing a reliable internet connection to facilitate virtual sessions.
