Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans.

• Document all sessions accurately and consistently in our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and attend training sessions to enhance therapeutic skills and methodologies.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary and develop safety plans to support clients in acute situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Your role is critical in delivering compassionate care and supporting clients through their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid California license (LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT) is required.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience providing therapeutic services.
