Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work location while still engaging closely with our vibrant team and diverse patient base. Therapists are encouraged to work collaboratively and participate in team meetings, case conferences, and trainings focused on cultural competency. Our practice operates Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to meet patient needs as they arise, ensuring holistic patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
